NexWear provides AI-powered style analysis, virtual try-on features, and personalized fashion recommendations. The app offers both free and premium subscription tiers. AI-generated scores and recommendations are for entertainment and guidance purposes and should not be considered professional fashion advice.
Premium features are available through auto-renewable subscriptions managed by Apple:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers.
You retain ownership of photos you upload. By using our service, you grant NexWear a limited license to process your photos for style analysis. We do not permanently store your photos or use them for purposes other than providing the requested service.

NexWear is not intended for children under 13. Users between 13 and 16 years of age require verifiable parental consent in accordance with GDPR Article 8 and applicable local laws.
All content, features, and functionality of NexWear (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, AI models, and software) are owned by NexWear and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
NexWear is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app. Style scores and AI recommendations are generated algorithmically and may not always be accurate.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app's Privacy Settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
